Text Submission Details

DETAILS FOR THE ABSTRACT TEXT SUBMISSION

1. Abstract texts must include the title of the proposed study, its purpose and potential topics that will be discussed in the complete text of the study (written in text form).
2. The length of an abstract must be 250 words. Abstracts submitted in Turkish, Russian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, or Azerbaijani must also be written in English.
3. Below the abstract, at least five keywords (in the text language of the paper and in English) must be included.
4. It must be noted that the abstract texts must align with the symposium's themes; otherwise, they will not be included in the symposium's e-book or program.
5. Abstract must be written on A4 (210297 mm) paper with 1.25 spacing, justified (aligned on both sides), Times New Roman, font size 12.

DETAILS FOR THE FULL-TEXT SUBMISSION

1. The full text must be written in one of the following languages: Turkish, English, Russian, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Kazakh, or Kyrgyz Turkish.
2. The full text must be written on A4 (210 x 297 mm) paper with a 1.25-inch margin on each side and 12-point Times New Roman font.
3. Adjust the edge dimensions to be 4 cm to the left, 2 cm to the right, and 3 cm to the top and bottom.
4. The text title must be single-spaced, centered, 14-point bold, and written in Times New Roman with all capital letters.
5. Headings (other than the Introduction and Conclusion) must be arranged in accordance with their numbering scheme.
6. On the right side of the text title, the author(s)’ name and surname, title, institution, contact information (telephone and e-mail information), and ORCID code must be indicated with an asterisk footnote.
7. Given the above requirements, full-text submissions must not exceed 20 pages, including tables, figures, a summary, and a bibliography,
8. When citing sources, the APA format, which is an in-text bibliography system, must be used.
9. The responsible authors will conduct a plagiarism check on the works, and any study which is discovered plagiarized will not be published.
